This is an excellent hotel choice in Kuta. You are 2.5 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Kuta square and a short walk from Poppies Lane. You are also pretty close to the airport. It was very clean. Some geckos came visiting on the balcony, but that is part of being in Indonesia. The outdoor shower for the pool was not working when we got there, but they fixed it. The breakfast is quite good but they do not give you a fruit plate first, as the other hotels we stayed at in Bali. We stayed in Kuta last, after going to Nusa Penida, Amed and Menjangan. So we were toured out and just wanted to shop and get spa treatments.

Water bottles were very bad quality plastic. Limited 2 tea and 2 coffee sachets/,day which was something I never experienced with other hotels. Swimming pool had a lot of Chlorine which was hurting the eyes. Shower bathing water was spilling out of the bath tub making the bathroom floor wet.

Good value great location

Excellent location for a couple of days before heading to Nusa Lembongan. Staff very accommodating if needing something just ask. Value for money clean older style Bali accommodation.

We found Yulias to be quite private and very conveniently situated. Although the pool area is quiet small most times we were completely on our own. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any requests.
