Majoitusliikkeen sijainti oli rauhallinen ja se sijaitsi kauniilla alueella Rukajärven rannalla. Saunan ja kodan käyttömahdollisuudet olivat mukava lisä. Kohteen siisteys ei vastannut odotuksiamme, koska olimme erityisesti kysyneet, onko kohdetta siivottu tehostetusti: mm. sängynpäädyssä oli purkan jäämiä ja lattiakaivossa hiuksia. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen toimivat helposti ja kohteessa oli helppo ilmainen pysäköinti lämmitysmahdollisuudella.
