If you love a hotel with history but with all the modern amenities then this a fantastic choice. Using the app on the TV to order room service was great but no special requests could be made and also there is no phone to request the tray should be collected. The hotel is very well located. I personally thought 30 Euro's per day for parking was too high especially when sometimes the car was just parked outside the door. As a gold member who's entitled to a room upgrade I always find it quiet disappointing when I arrive at a hotel after checking availability 5 min before arrival to be told there is no available rooms. I didn't argue and was grateful to get the bottle of wine. Also we really needed the late check out which was the main reason I booked this hotel and sadly we didnt manage to get that. Lastly I would definitely stay again if I ever returned to Zagreb

In Zagreb I always stay in hotel Dubrovnik. Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms with modern bathrooms and great view to main square. Roman Bajamic

Very clean rooms, quite decent breakfast though the orange and apple juice are actually tasting like soda, so I dont think there is much juice in there. Comfortable bedding and helpful staff. I needed an iron and they brought the iron and a board in 5 minutes.

Overpriced. When first arriving at reception to check in I said “Hi I’m here to check in” with the receptionist saying “where’s your passport then.” Overall very rude staff member and gave a horrible first impression of the hotel. Secondly the shower and sink were both blocked meaning the bathroom was a swimming pool- not what I expected for the price payed. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend even though the pool on the roof is nice.

Stunning hotel in the center of Zagreb. Modern quirky rooms. We stayed in the cheapest rooms which were small but did the job. Immaculately clean. Great breakfast included and loved how you could take drinks to the rooftop terrace. Highly recommend.

Quiet, convenient and in the very center of Zagreb! The pillows, mattresses, comforters, and sheets were comfortable and high quality. The staff was kind, welcoming, and accommodating (especially since we were traveling with kids). The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and entirely soundproof. The thermostat worked perfectly and we adjusted the temperature to our preference. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of options. The parking is super convenient, and we were able to leave the car there for most of the day we checked out. There are supermarkets nearby, which is another plus.
