I found there was a big cockroach in our room in the middle of the night.

I stay three nights in this hotel which is located very close to all types of public transportation (MTR, airport bus and trams). It is also close to many restaurants and food outlets. The room is reasonable in size and very quiet. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is very small and not easy to find especially during the nighttime.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating our request to have our sons’ room on the same floor, even though they were arriving the day after. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel and be mindful of the compact size of the room of around 18sqm which is typical in Hong Kong.

The location is perfect for a quick trip in HongKong. The staff helped us book our taxi going to Disney

Great location, great stay, very safe

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent. It’s within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, malls, and public transportation. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the lobby amenities. Guests have complimentary access to filtered water in different temperatures, an espresso machine, snacks, and soft drinks. Overall, the combination of the great location, well-kept facilities, and excellent complimentary amenities made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
