this is my second time staying in Dorsett Tsuen Wan.. nothing upgrated.since 6 years ago.the grout inside the bathroom full of mould ,carpet floor..is old,others is ok, acceptable.the I assume the hotel was full it made the staffs so busy fr morning till night,specially with the shuttle bus that you can see the stress on their face, I was dare to ask any more info

The hotel is beautiful and the room is not tiny but there is no shops nor restaurants nearby. But the hotel offers free shuttle bus service to metroplaza mall which is near Kwai Fong metro station.

Bed was awful, so many large tour groups which made using the elevators so slow and they would just push and shove you to fit in. Staff indifferent. Not close to the mtr need to walk on a super busy road to get there.

This hotel is a little off the city. They offer the shuttle service to compensate this shortness. You have to book the reservation advance. However, in a cold and rainy winter night, I felt the inconvenient of this hotel. Other than that, it is nice.

We booked a King bed however it was full and they gave us an upgraded twin beds room which a little bigger according to the receptionist. The room was small, beds were the old springs mattress so it was a challenge for our back and wasn’t that comfortable. Were happier only stayed for two nights.

Hotel is a bit far out in terms of location, however, good transport link as mtr is only 10 minutes walk. There is also shuttle bus at intervals to various shopping centre. Hotel is just over an hour from airport to nearby bus terminus (just underneath the shopping centre) Haven't really try the F&B offerings at this hotel apart from the 1 bfast included in our package. Housekeeping team does a good job keeping room clean and tidy. They change our bedding at regular intervals too. There are ample food outlets and supermarket in nearby shopping centre also 10 minutes away. Overall, a comfortable relaxing stay. Thank you.
