The service is great, the staff is helpful and nice. But the hot air from the heater rises to the second floor of our room, making the room temperature too hot.

Very bad
At first glance, this hotel looked promising. Modern, clean capsules, etc. Don’t be fooled. The room was too hot to sleep in, and the staff did not do anything about it when I asked. The restaurant staff were incredibly rude. All four of my visits they messed up orders, and their attitudes screamed “I don’t want to be here”. The hostel is far from the center and far from the metro. You can get much better value in Kyiv for half the price.I am extremely disappointed.
