My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises!

It was hard to get into the building initially, as I needed a door code that was not provided. There seems to be a lack of staff, as the receptionist said he had been working for 3 days.
