Andy and Richard couldn’t have been any more helpful than they were. We were greeted with warmth. My mum and I felt we were treated like VIPs (even though I hate that term 😆). We had the best table at breakfast. Stunning views. If we’re ever in that area again and looking for a hotel we’d definitely return. Thank you Andy and Richard for a wonderful stay. ❤️

This is a beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and lovely and the whole building decor is well appointed in Scottish art and memorabilia. Needed to go off property for dinner but enjoyed a delicious breakfast on site.

Fab hotel in wonderful setting

This is a fabulous hotel in a very quiet picturesque setting. Nice greeting on arrival, good size room very comfy and spotlessly clean. Wonderful view over the creek from bedroom. Great breakfast, all you could want and friendly personable service. No hesitation in recommending. Thank you Tinglecreek.

Good location for visiting Isle of Skye. Comfortable room and bed with a decent breakfast. The father of the hotel offers great advice on places to visit in the area and on Skye.

A wonderfully warm welcome and a continued friendliness throughout our stay. A mention must be made of the bed and bedding. It was so comfortable, my wife wanted to take it home. Only one night there but wish it could have been more.

Great stay at a lovely hotel. Owners were quick to help with anything we needed. Allowed us to use plates & cutlery for our evening meals. Even went as far to provide a wonderful itinerary to our next location. Off the beaten path and we saw things we would not have seen in the main highways without his help. Would highly recommend!!

Thoroughly Recommend

We've just returned from a wonderful, if rather wet at times, visit to Scotland. We stayed at various accommodation on our travels. The stay at Tingle Creek was among the best. The rooms were a reasonable size, the facilities in the room were excellent, it was comfortable, clean and well equipped, We thought the location was great, so peaceful. The staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and advised us about where we could get dinner. I thoroughly recommend Tingle Creek.

Lovely Hotel

Nice older hotel, no issues. Staff very friendly and included morning meal which consisted of a typical English breakfast. Our room had an excellent view.

We had a great stay at Tingle Creek Hotel. The room was a good size, clean, and tidy, everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Dennis, our host, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great tips and information for sightseeing in the area. Highly recommended!

The location was great - excellent for seeing Plockton, Lochcarron, Applecross, Eilean Donnan Castle, Kyle of Lochalsh, plus very convenient access to the southern half of Skye. And the view is incredible! Breakfast and service also excellent, and such a lovely interior!
