Good location. Busy but good assortment at the buffet and the food was good. Room was very small but we made it fit. Front desk was hit and miss - some people are very good. Overall was nice and I would choose to stay there again if I returned to the city.

Great for a first time stay in Kyoto!

Great hotel stay in Kyoto, right in the middle of tons of bars and restaurants, but not loud in the room, which was great. We originally checked into a room where the AC was not working. We went back down to the front desk where they immediately put us in a larger room where the AC was working, which was so lovely of them. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with every need. I would definitely stay here again, or recommend to someone staying in Kyoto.

Awesome stay! Perfect location for exploring Kyoto. The room was super comfy and well equipped and a good size. The front desk staff were so helpful with everything we need. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Kyoto.
