Excellent hotel. It has onsen and much more free food eg. Yogurt drink in the morning after onsen, Icecream in the afternoon and free soba at night. Reasonable price hotel with great facilities and service. The location is good near Kyoto station.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is extremely convenient, right across from JR and subway station. We also loved the Onsen. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Great location - a few min walking distance from Kyoto Station, wonderful onsen, and free ramen and ice cream in the evenings. The room is of a good size - clean, spacious, with a safe, comfortable bed. Wifi available throughout the hotel, not just in the room.

The 9th floor onsen spa was wonderful; three different large baths: hot, very hot and cold. We went every night. Laundry up there too, although we didn't use it. In house masseuse, but breakfast not included. Location couldn't be better; less than two blocks from Kyoto station and within walking distance of some lovely temples with their fabulous gardens.
