Property was conveniently located near a train station, clean, comfortable for an overnight stay, and 7-eleven was just across the road. Easy walk to Nishiki Market. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was adequate with fair variety of foods to choose from. Would stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay. Room is clean, but bathroom is a little smaller than expected for this price range. Breakfast buffet is good price, but not a lot of choices. I would rather walk out for breakfast. Free to leave luggage behind if need more time in the area. Friendly staffs and good service.
