As an American, Hilton hotels in the US aren't the best so I didn't have high expectations other than I knew because of the culture, the service would be great even if the accomodations weren't. I was happy to say that the room, gym, lobby and restaurant was beautiful, clean and modern. It exceeded my expectations. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was so good that we didn't try any other restaurants in the walking area although I think it would be a good thing to try other places if you have more time. I stayed for 2 days in Kyoto and explored the areas so after being worn out after a long day, it was nice to know I was going to have great food and a comfortable place to sleep. I would stay here again. It is very convenient and there were shops and restaurants everywhere in the area of the hotel.

WOW!!! We have been around the world and stayed at a lot of hotels, but this was by far the best experience EVER!!! We arrived early and were greeted by the designer of the hotel which just opened. ABSOLUTELY stunning beautiful and the staff were simply amazing!! We were blown away with the level of service and comfort! This hotel encompassed the whole Kyoto experience! The breakfast buffet was so delicious and selection of local dishes really impressed us! The hotel is right beside the Nishiki Market which is very convenient! Hats off the Kyoto Hilton and staff for delivering an amazing experience! GREAT JOB!

地鐵東西線京都市役所站走路2～3分鐘、很近。大廳跟房間都很新穎、有低調奢華的京都風格，房間很寬敞舒適，這3天濕度很低，如果房間有加濕機就更完美了。
