Building work in the Lobby (I'm not sure the hotel is finished). Compared to other hotels on this trip very poor value for money. Everything was the minimum they could provide.

Comfortable clean and convenient!

Comfortable rooms and bed. Temperature control was a bit iffy and found it hot, but you could open the windows to let fresh air in which was nice. Decent breakfast and 30 min interval shuttles to airport which was good!

Superb location walking to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Good breakfast varieties. Staff are warm and helpful. Room is very functional and comfortable. It would be perfect if common area like the dining area and laundry area is cleaned more.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Love their happy hour hospitality. Very convenient in holding our luggage for a couple of hours after check out. Great location near public transport, convenience stores, restaurants. Room and its bathroom was small as it is to expect for Japan. Laundry machine available, but needed to be cleaned.

This hotel was a great value for the room and breakfast buffet provided. I was concerned I might regret choosing it, over the Doubletree next door, but ended up being happy with the decision. Nice way to experience a variety of Japanese foods for breakfast, also. Not in a happening part of Kyoto, but convenient to the stations that take you there.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of food for breakfast. The hotel is beside the Keihan Main Line, making it very accessible.

This hotel was in an incredibly convenient location and I enjoyed my short stay there. There was more noise from the street than my previous hotel that was more nestled into the neighborhood. I'd say its a good budget hotel, but if you're looking for a luxurious hotel experience, this property is not for you.
