Very clean, reasonably priced with a large public onsen and great breakfast buffet hotel. 10 min. away by taxi from Kyoto station, bus stop and local train station are just 5 min walk from the hotel. 711 is just beside the hotel, restaurants are on the 1st and 2nd floor of the hotel. All in all this is an excellent choice of a hotel in Kyoto. Staff are excellent!

We had a 2 night stay and were very happy with this property. Room size was brilliant with plenty of space for 4. Check in process was fast, friendly and quick. There is easy access to the Umekoji-Kyotonishi Station via an overpass directly from the Hotel and it is one stop from Kyoto station. There is also a 7-11 on road level. Overall a great hotel with excellent facilities and generous sized rooms.

It is so close to the train station, with a 7-11 right beside it. Perfect location. Good bus access. Additionally, the public bath was fantastic and well-maintained.

The property and staff was excellent, very clean beautiful hotel. The location was nice and quiet, there was a bit of walking if you want to get to the main food area but out of the hustle bustle. The only real negative of this hotel is their laundry facility. The clothes take so long to dry. I dried my clothes for 3 hours and spent a lot of money on this however the clothes did not get close to drying. I had to take it to the laundry mat the next morning. There was only 4 machines and there was a line an outside to use it. People waited close to 2 hours in line down the corridor.

The hotel property is beautiful and easy to access (has a sky walkway to reach the JR station from hotel directly) The on site bath/onsen was kept very clean and it was a delight to take a bath there after a long day of walking. The room was also very comfortable and amenities (toiletries, bottled water, etc) were replenished daily by housekeeping

The room size is sufficient. It’s the only hotel out of the four hotels we stayed during our Japan trip actually had our pre check-in stored luggages ready in our room when we finally checked in at night. A small gesture like that goes a long way.

An amazing hotel. Built in 2020, a lot of vouchers provided upon checking in, free public bath use, amazing rooms and excellent and patient staff. Location is very convenient, right next to the train station.
