施設の造りや設備はシンプルなものでしたが、平等院や『辻利』などの宇治茶の老舗など観光スポットから近く、JRの駅からもアクセスしやすく使いやすいホテルでした。スタッフの方の対応も必要最小限といった感じではありましたが、ホテルのサービスやホテル周辺のことをお伺いした際は良くしていただきました。
