Really liked this hotel. It had everything we needed and the location worked well for us. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance and everything we wanted to see could easily be reached by public transport.

Stayed for three nights while sightseeing Kyoto. The property was clean and the staff were kind and responsive. They helped us keep our luggage before check-in time, and also helped us retrieve our keys when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. There are washing machines in the building on multiple different floors, and loved that we could check the availability of each washer through the TV inside our room. We felt comfortable every day of our stay and would definitely go back!

I found this hotel a perfect spot if you are in Kyoto for truism and sightseeing. Close to Kyoto station and metro line and bus line. A few good dining alternatives. Overall I recommend end this hotel for a few days stay.

Nice and clean property. We had two rooms, large one for me and my wife and another with two double beds for my two teenage sons. I like how there were water bottles, green tea, pajamas and kettle for us to use, and a filtered water refill station on each floor. On both nights that we stayed, the reception desk helped us reserve a table at popular restaurants. Location was good as there were many convenience stores nearby and train stations.

The king bed was hilariously large and very comfortable. The location is great for both seeing Kyoto sights and also day trips out of the city. The laundry situation is annoying as the dryer function of the machines is quite poor and it is often hard to find a free machine. The staff were a bit silly when I asked for something sections made a hash of a simple request but good hotel overall.
