This property is extremely nice. The rooms were much larger than our stay in Tokyo. The breakfast was very good! There is lots of restaurants within walking option. As well as subways and bus stops. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing hotel! Very clean and nice. The staff were really nice and helpful. Beds could be more comfortable but doesn’t take away from how great our stay was. Walking distance to subways and restaurants.

We visited Kyoto for 3 days and this hotel was in a perfect location. It is only a few steps from subway and there is a 7/11 convenience store right outside the front door. The staff speaks fluent english and they helped us stow our luggage and gave us recommendations on things to do while we waited for checkin. The room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay T this property again.

Nice new hotel in Kyoto
We were in Kyoto visiting with friends. This is a newer hotel which is beautiful and in a convenient location. Unfortunately they don’t offer parking. There check in process is very strange, you wait in line, checkin and then need to go to a kiosk to get your keys.

Excellent location within walking distance of Nishiki market and other areas. Room was spacious, we could have both our suitcases open and still have space. Bed was firm, pillows were ok. Bathroom is standard small size but functional. Onsen - is more of a hot tub rather than a normal onsen so is more chlorinated and it bubbles. Hotel doesn’t offer luggage transfer service, and the nearby 7/11 wasn’t able to help so we had to take our luggage to one that was around a 10-15 min walk away.

Family Kyoto stay
Hotel was great, twin bed rooms was very big. Used the hot bath which was nice - first time. Location was excellent, walking distance to attractions. Train stop around the corner and 7/11 store and Starbucks across the road.
