Very convenient from all the tourist attractions. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast and dinner options were also great. However the room service staff didn’t do the job top notch. Being in Japan, the service was expected little higher. But overly good experience.

Best hotel stay in Japan. Nice spacious room, 10 minute walk to Kyoto Station, bus stop less than 5 min, close to both a 7/11 and Family Mart, as well as many great restaurants.

Lovely modern hotel with polite and helpful staff who spoke many different languages. The lighting in the hotel room itself was far too dark, but the bed was comfy and everything was clean. It is not very close to the train station, maybe a 15 minute walk.

A wonderful hotel with a kind multilingual staff. Walking distance from the train station, temples, and many restaurants. My fiancé and I were thrilled with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

This hotel is very close to Kyoto station, many bus routes, and a laundromat is nearby. The hotel is clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very decent hotel for the price, lovely spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Cleanliness could have been better, there was someones crusty leftovers on the tv remote! But overall fine. I would not describe it as a 'station' hotel though. I am pretty able-bodied and from train to hotel took a minimum of 18-20min walk

A comfortable stay. The hotel design is very stylish and modern, and our room had a lovely view of the Kyoto Tower. It was easy to walk to the train station, bus, and FamilyMart. My husband and I used the extra twin bed for our belongings since space was limited. The toiletries were not always restocked completely, but the room was always tidy when we came back from our outside adventures. The room would benefit from better lighting. The switches were located on the nightstands and difficult to figure out because of the various lights in the room. They look great for mood lighting but were not bright enough for getting ready, particularly in the entryway. Overall, a nice hotel.

The hotel was quiet, modern and the rooms stylishly decorated. The best thing was the comfortable bed. Being10 minutes from the station was a challenge rolling your luggage but we made it.

Wow this hotel was fantastic, very modern and comfortable. Only negative were how dimly lit the rooms were, which makes it very hard to have the right lighting to do makeup. But overall we loved our stay here. In terms of location it’s in a quiet area not far from Kyoto Station. Next time we’ll probably stay closer to Gion where most of the action seems to be.

My reservation didn’t go through when I made it the night before my arrival. When I asked the front desk for a room, she said there were no king size beds available. Only 2 twin beds for a higher price. I went online and made my reservation for a king size room. The rooms are beautifully decorated, modern with beautiful lighting.

Modern hotel nested in a quiet area. Kyoto station and shopping mall only 10min walk. First floor had a posh lobby with restaurant that offered great breakfast buffet and dinner options. Staff were super friendly and spoke perfect English. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and had good toiletries. The only down side was the lack of an onsite laundry, there is a laundromat 5mins walk but can’t say it’s the cleanest.
