Incredible service and beautiful stay in the heart of Kyoto! Super peaceful to sleep here at night and I didn’t realize I got upgraded until I got here. The upgrade room was super spacious and it was at a discreet location. I forgot the name of the girl who checked us in but she was SO sweet! We also used the luggage forwarding service here as well and had a seamless process. Checkout is easy to navigate too as they have a kiosk for that. Overall, great 4 day, 3 night stay. Would highly recommend this location!
