Property was great, generally well-kept and very comfortable. The room was extremely spacious and good value for money. It would have been nice if the pool facilities were included in the price of the room rather than an extra. Location is close enough to Kyoton Station with a shuttle available too. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

I reserved the ratami room with two beds. The bath was huge like almost staying at a regular house, which we enjoyed.

Well connected and great amenities
Great facilities, close to Kyoto station, close to a nice mall, well connected. Away from downtown which is the only negative thing about the place. Loved the stay, the free shuttle, the bathroom amenities, everything..

A beautiful hotel, and the staff was very courteous. I'd stay there again but choose a different room. The Executive Junior Suite that we chose was quite outdated and the furniture in need of replacement. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting room from the bedroom.

I booked for 3 people staying in an executive floor, but the hotel only provided us 2 bottles water per night. My room has a coffee machine, which has no water container.

Very nice clean big room that has space to put 2 opened suitcases. Very friendly staff. Nice view of Kyoto. Excelent location. Very convenient 5 min walk to Kyoto Station. 7 Eleven nearby. Shuttle bus every 20 min to Kyoto station- if you need to take suitcase with you that is great service. Lots of shops around. If you need souvenirs there are nice gift shops at Kyoto station. Don't go to Aeon shopping mall if you need souvenirs. Aeon mall has nice grocery store but not gift shops. There is ISetan department store at Kyoto station if you want to buy some clothing.
