This hotel isn't a far walk from Kyoto Station which was very convenient. A good amount of food options nearby. The staff was very friendly with the breakfast buffet having a good amount of options. I wish there was a self-laundry site but they do offer laundry services.

The hotel was clean, service was great and had lots of on site restaurants in the hotel. We tried French restaurant on top of the hotel and Teppanyaki, they were both beyond amazing. Waiters were very professional and welcoming. Conveniently located near Kyoto station as well.

They were careless without luggage and caused a cracked which got worse by Yamato. Ive contacted them about it and they are no longer responding to my emails. Poor amenities. Decent sized room. They charge you to use the pool and the spa facilities are for men only. Would never stay again

The suite was a fabulous large space, and a walk from the train station. Wasn’t pleased to hear we had to pay extra to use both the pool and the gym. We went there because it had all the facilities, was annoyed it never mentioned this when looking at different hotels. Also don’t get the minimum cleaning options, they didn’t restock the mini bar (was included in our room price) and the bed wasn’t made.
