Loved our stay here in a corner triple room for family of 3. Decent size room and large beds. Very generous breakfast especially if you love japanese food. Also a free afternoon tea and happy hour in the evening with free drinks and snacks. We loved it so much we booked an extra night at the end. Short walk to kyoto station as well as buses passing by front of the hotel. Staff are friendly and happy. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so comfortable and I slept well and the location close to Kyoto Station was perfect. Located near various landmarks of Kyoto, this hotel not only is located near many tourist attractions, but considering its reasonable price, provides clean and spacious rooming as well. The lobby design of the hotel gives it a traditional and serene vibe to it as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super courteous. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious with large variety. Social /happy hour in the evening and afternoon tea/dessert was also included in our stay, and enjoyed really good Sake tasting every evening! Amenities were excellent from house slippers, PJs, bath salt, hair oil, face masks etc. more than you could ask for! And the hotel itself is beautifully decorated throughout. Highly recommend this stay!!

The staff were exceptional, and the amenities that were provided were generous. We also had our room cleaned daily, and it was great to come in after a long day. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast spread. It was amazing (if you are interested in trying different cuisines), and we looked forward to it before we got our day started. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of the afternoon and early evening offerings since we were out all day; however, we would love to stay here again and hopefully take advantage of those benefits.
