Wonderful hotel and location!

Wonderful hotel experience! Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and very helpful to all our needs. And the best breakfast buffet ever! Also, centrally located and a short walk to Kyoto station. We would definitely stay here again!

This is my favorite hotel during my Japan trips. It is beautiful and clean. I especially love their afternoon social time. I enjoyed sake tasting and small desert every afternoon. It is walking distance from Tokyo station as well. Would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We felt very safe, everything was clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff was so helpful and kind! It was a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Well located hotel just 5 mins walk from Kyoto station, so close to all train & bus transport required to visit the attractions. Friendly staff. As with all hotels in Japan be aware of the size rooms you book - we stayed in a corner twin room.
