Need to find hospital they told us they don’t take foreigners! Thanks God didn’t need it! Then they told us staff in lobby they didn’t have space for breakfast we went to restaurant to see if was true and we found availability terrible costumer service and very limited in restaurant hours

Amazing location steps from the Kyoto train station. In the station is a food court with excellent dining options, and it is a short Uber or 20 minute walk up to the Nishiki market region for shopping (both upscale and more traditional). The amenities were excellent and the breakfast was very good. Staff service was amazing. We would not hesitate to stay here on every trip to Kyoto!

This hotel was INCREDIBLE! It is soooo close to Kyoto station making it an excellent option for the convenience! Additionally, the hotel was soooo clean, large rooms, excellent staff! Not to mention the spa, was such a treat!

Better than the pictures, room quality and service was great. Location is perfect at the same time quiet. Almost perfect except when I tried to ask the concierge for help me get a reservation at Aman for dinner she just told me I need to be hotel guest. Anyway was able to get a booking myself.
