Don’t book this property if you like to be able to control the temperature of the room in which you are staying. The hotel locks the ability to change the heater to air con through winter and the rooms are extremely hot, to the point there is a lot of water condensation built up and you feel moisture. Also no iron provided in rooms, which seems like a bare minimum in terms of facilities. They do give you a pant press but you must wait for it to heat up and then it takes 15-30 minutes to work.

The staff are awesome! I left my back pillow at another Tokyu Stay Shinjuku and one of their staff members helped me get the pillow deiver for a reasonable fee. The facility is well kepted and the sake token was a nice bonus for evening treat. The breakfast was okay and we are glad we brought the breakfast meal. If you decide not to purchase the breakfast options, no worries, there is a 7 -Eleven 4 mins walk on the same street. We would stay here again. The heater remote control was a little hard to figure out. Good location to shops and the subways.Thank you!

terrible place, they don't clean and food is terrible. it's very dirty and they have a Frame bragging about hotel rating in reception tells you what kind of hotel this is.

Conveniently Located Hotel/some improvement needed

Overall, it's a great hotel. The location is excellent, the room has convenient amenities like a washing machine, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, and a fridge, perfect for making tea and having some fruit in the evening. While the level of English at the hotel is poor, they have a robot that provides instant translations. What surprised us was that they charged us in advance for all seven nights, which had never happened to us before. The room wasn't cleaned daily, but they changed the towels and took out the trash every day. The Wi-Fi was poor and kept cutting out at night. That said, these were the only things that stood out to us.
