Great hotel! Easy access to Kyoto Station. It has direct access to a seven eleven. It has just 8 washer/dryers. Clean areas and bedroom and bathroom were spacious!

Very convenient Tokyo station so if you’re traveling, this is a great hotel to stay at. Staff are very helpful when was very clean great restaurants shops close by the only thing I think they could’ve improved on was the breakfast was not worth the money. You’d be much better off to eat locally .

Great location as it’s just steps from the main Kyoto Station, Don Quiote, and Aeon Mall. Being on the south side of the station means a bit less hussle and bussle, easier to access. It is much quieter and less foot traffic. The room was very clean and spacious for our family. Multiple floors for laundry was a definite great add-on for us (and even a tv channel dedicated to monitoring the laundry machines vacancy). Definitly recommend and would stay again in the future.

This was one of my favorite hotels during my stay. Very convenient, clean. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room a bit on the smaller side but we worked with it. Breakfast was very different and full of choices. Station literally 2 min walk. Overall a nice hotel to stay while in Kyoto.

Nice location, only few mins walk to Kyoto Station. The Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Overall a good hotel. Highly recommended if you want to stay near kyoto station.
