A Hidden Gem in the Countryside I planned to spend three weeks in Grenada, so finding the right place was important to me. I called several properties because I wanted to get a sense of the staff and the environment before booking. Mrs. Drake was the only person who answered my call. After our brief conversation, I had a feeling I had found somewhere safe, welcoming, and peaceful. When I arrived, the two-bedroom villa exceeded my expectations. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I sent pictures to my friends and family back home, and they were impressed and asked how I had found such a beautiful place. What made Clarenceville Villa truly special, however, was the property itself. The spacious grounds are surrounded by nature and filled with an incredible variety of exotic flowers. I enjoyed wandering through the property and walking down to the river. When I did venture out to explore Grenada, I discovered that the villa was only a few miles away from the beach, restaurants, marina, and other hotels. Clarenceville Villa was also the only budget-friendly options in the area. Judy was wonderful. Having lived in the States for much of her life, she could relate to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks\ you to everyone for this amazing experience and I hope to return soon.

Coyaba is located centrally along the main beach in Grenada. Easy access to restaurants and shops in the area. Gated access to umbrella's beach bar next door. The hotel itself also has a couple restaurants and bars that offer food options until around 10PM nightly. The hotel rooms are older and a little dated, however it has the basics in that it was spotlessly clean, the showers were walk in tiled showers and the staff was superb in terms of customer service. The swim up pool offers a nice relaxing option, swim and have a drink or just relax poolside. There is a conference room on site which offers facilities for small gatherings. The hotel grounds were immaculate and staff paid great attention to detail in maintaining the curb appeal. The hotel uses European style plugs with the 3 squares so the round "european" plugs offered on Amazon are not compatible. The front desk did have some loaners available which was able to help us get connected to charge. All in all, an excellent stay and I will certainly be returning.

The property was older but nice. The staff were polite and friendly the entire time. Just make sure if you do the Diamond Club experience, you do not get the butler experience. You have to stay in a Diamond club room to get a butler. That is not explained well on their websites.
