We checked in for two nights but only ended up staying one. The air conditioning unit in our room had significant mold covering the vents, the tub faucet was leaking (clearly for a long time due to the strong stain around the drain), and we encountered noise issues with our neighboring room. Would recommend looking else where when staying in La Crosse.

This used to be a quality place to stay but it is outdated, pool area looks very dirty. Walking the halls you can see exposed wires by outlets/ by the cereal dispenser aswell. There was bug inside of the cereal dispenser and bugs in the room( one on the bed and one in the shower). Lights or shower fixtures were separating off the wall. This place really needs a refresh and a good cleaning. Do not over pay for this place of stay.

This property was a terrific choice for us and our family reunion stay, and meet access point. Comfortable rooms, indoor swimming pool for entire family, restaurant with good food and free breakfast, beach area with an outdoor bar, plus they had live music on the weekends. Staff were very helpful. Win win!

Have low expectations
This is probably a wonderful place if you're a kid. The pool is shallow, the hot tub not real hot, huge space to run and play with no rules enforced whatsoever. However, if you are over 12 yrs old, looking for a comfy bed, relaxing water area with respectful patrons, quiet night after 10 pm, clean shower and remotely healthy breakfast options, this is not the place for you.

Overall bad!
Our room smelled like old beer cans. The texture on ceiling was peeling off, carpet felt gross on bare feet. If we could have switched to a different hotel we would have. We stayed 3 nights and they never emptied the trash or gave clean towels. Ended taking towels from the pool area.
