Great amenities and just a few blocks from downtown LaCrosse! Walkable to dining and shopping downtown. Very close to the river for outdoor activities as well. Great stay!

Not enough superlatives available to describe our stay. In town for our daughter's wedding, staff were able to accommodate our request for two nearby rooms and an early check-in on a sold out day Rooms are outstanding, roomy, separate bedroom and living room, all spotless and well furnished with a great kitchen and work space. Plenty of room for a bride and her friends to prepare prior to an outdoor wedding in the nearby park. Hotel is within easy walking distance of all downtown had to offer while being situated in a quiet park-like setting with plenty of parking. Our new go-to for downtown LaCrosse, with many thanks.

We didn't stay long enough. Staff was really nice. Room looks little dated, but it was good for our stay. The breakfast can also be better we thought. Everything else was nice.

There isn't anyone at the front desk at all times and it took some time to get checked in because of this. Other than that, whoever checked me in was pleasant and kind. The building itself could use some updating. The door to our room was shaky and did not open or close properly. The bathroom door would get stuck and whoever is outside would need to open it on their end or you'd be stuck inside the bathroom. Because we only stayed for one night, we didn't feel it was worth it to make complaints for a new room.
