We enjoyed the newly renovated room. Overall, the hotels in great shape and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the bed was a little uncomfortable and hurt my back. The pillows were also a little lumpy. Other than that, you can’t go wrong.

Hotel was under construction but you’d never know. It was clean, quiet, the staff were incredibly friendly. We checked in on a wed evening and were pleasantly surprised to partake in their weekly happy hour and enjoyed free drinks and snacks! The coffee and hot chocolate bar in the lobby was awesome and the free hot breakfast in the mornings was excellent…something for everyone in our family. Will definitely be back soon!

They have the “pardon our dust - remodeling” sign but don’t say that there will be crazy hammering noises - even 8:30am Sunday. Even after calling the desk we were told they will stop by 7pm, but that doesn’t help if you want a quiet moment in the afternoon. When I mentioned it -politely- at check out the fellow didn’t believe me, quizzed me on the direction the noise was coming from and blamed it on other guests (even though they already said it was from the construction). Normally Hampton is our go-to, but I’ll be rethinking that. Two good things - breakfast was great and housekeeping/breakfast staff was really polite and friendly.

My wife and I were in La Crosse for a specific reason and the hotel staff helped with our needs when we asked. Even with the hotel going through a remodel project everything was above and beyond what we needed.

The only thing negative was the view from our window. We had no view from our room, it was blocked by your sign. Otherwise everything was great but a little expensive, found rooms while we were their on your website that were cheaper per night than we paid.

Wonderful hotel!
What a wonderful hotel! It was clean and spacious with a great workout room and saltwater pool! The location was perfect for walking to everything downtown. The breakfast was delicious! The only issue was how hot our room was. We turned off the heat and even tried the air conditioning!
