Buen hotel en el centro de Bogota

The hotel is as pictured although some of its amenities require a bit more upkeep. For example, our bathroom door was quirky and didn't always close. The entryway to the pool was tight and right in front of the hotel bar, and the pool shower was across from the restaurant tables. The cleaning staff is amazing and truly kind, but sadly we were not as keen with the reception staff. It seemed like there was a lot of mis/or lack there of communication between the staff and the management and general procedures were not answered within a timely manner.

What a great experience, the room was perfect and the staff cannot be more supportive, the food was just amazing, I think this is one of those times that I cannot say anything bad about a hotel, just amazing!
