Absolutely gorgeous grounds. We watched 2 sloths in tree above us just around the corner from our room (one of the drivers pointed them out for us) Only thing that wasn’t perfect was wishing the hot springs were hotter, they were warm at best. But will definitely go back - can’t wait. Stunning views of the volcano. Beautiful pool area. And not crowded which was huge plus.

We stayed in the villa with the private pool and it was amazing. The staff was so attentive and kind. Truly went above and beyond. The hot spring pools feel secluded and are beautiful. We saw so much wildlife including a sloth. I would definitely stay there again!

Arenal Manoa totally exceeded our expectations! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The property is huge, with lots of great food options and around 8 or 9 different hot springs to relax in. Everything was really well kept, and the gardens were full of beautiful, tropical plants; it felt like being in a jungle paradise. My husband, my 22year old son and I stayed in a junior suite, which was really spacious, with two super comfy queen beds, an amazing view of the volcano (even though it was a bit cloudy most of the time), and a porch with two rocking chairs. We even caught a few glimpses of hummingbirds sipping from the flowers right outside our door. We’re vegetarian, and their restaurants had plenty of good options for us. One of the highlights was spotting a few toucans while we were eating at the main restaurant! Overall, it was a great stay. I’d love to visit again. Thank you, Arenal Manoa!

The property is very pretty, and the hot springs were nice. The rooms are clean and well done. Our biggest complaint is that we had reserved 2 rooms, requested that they were adjoining, and called to confirm. Upon arrival, the rooms were not even close to each other. We spent a lot of time convincing them that evening and the next day about the importance of being together. We were able to move the second day, but overall it was a hassle and should not have happened.

Absolutely love the staff, location, food and ambiance! Tucked away with beautiful view of the volcano, and feels like you’re in the rainforest. We saw sloths, beautiful birds and pure bliss in nature!

I loved the entire property. The view from our rooms was beautifull. We loved all the flowers and plants throughout the property. The staff was super nice and friendly. Nos encanto el hotel, la vista al volcan desde nuestras habitaciones fue espectacular y la gran variedad the flores y plantas exoticas son un cumplimento perfecto. El personal del hotel fue maravilloso. Aunque esta muy lejos del aeropuerto y el transporte para llegar fue bastante caro $600 dolares, nos encantaria regresar y lo recomiendo a otros viajeros.

Second time staying here and it’s a real gem. Very clean, great service and housekeeping. They recently added some new hot springs which was ideal for us at the end of each day, to unwind and relax after our tours. Solid breakfast with a beautiful view of the volcano. Will definitely look to return and stay next time we are in Arenal.
