The property was beautiful- very lush and well kept. Our patio had a view of the volcano which was amazing. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was wierd though in its layout- did not like the open shower. Liked being able to park near our front door and having no stairs or elevators. Excellent service though in all places. We like our four night stay here.

We had an incredible stay at the Arenal Manoa Resort in the Chato Suite. The welcome and guest services were exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The staff made sure every part of our stay felt personalized and smooth. The Chato Suite itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned with a breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano. The private pool was secluded, clean, and a perfect spot to relax while enjoying the scenery. It added a luxurious, peaceful touch to our experience. Breakfast, included with the stay, was solid—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and a pleasant setting with great views to start each day. Whenever we encountered a small issue or had a question, the staff responded quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was clear throughout our stay. Overall, the Arenal Manoa Resort delivered an unforgettable experience—comfortable accommodations, top-notch service, and stunning views. Highly recommended, especially the Chato Suite for that extra level of privacy and beauty.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Having breakfast under the volcano was incredible. The service was the best I have ever experienced. You called for something and they came within minutes. Highly recommend the property!

The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean, well maintained and had a gorgeous view of the volcano. Great variety of breakfast options. Try the hot chocolate! Had a lovely massage by the river. The staff was truly amazing. Great people! My two nit-picky wishes for MANOA are: 1. Try a different dinner menu at Saca or chef-unfortunately the food was bland, lacked seasoning and needed salt. 2. Using electric vehicles would make for better air quality for those walking on the property.

Only place I'd stay near La Fortuna. The suites are wonderful, everyone is courteous and helpful, and the food is spectacular. Stayed six nights because there's so much to do near La Fortuna and the resort is the perfect place to be.
