Perfect location for exploring the city. Near all of the activities and very walkable location. The staff is super kind and the rooms are very clean! The food there is also good and there are many other options within walking distance.

Lack of maintenance for the basic facility
We have to carry large suite cases to third floor. No elevators. The lamp is broken and the chair is wiggle as well as cloth hanging case. The water pressure for shower is so weak that the first night we did not take shower because there is stoppages of water use. However the location is very convenient, easy to reach all the restaurants. The hotels provide the complimentary breakfast and parking.

It was overall a pleasant stay. Location is great!! The front desk lady was nice and helpful. I guess my only complaint is that WiFi and shower water temperature are not inconsistent. Also, the balcony view was not consistent with the room I booked and it did not have screen, it was very easy for the bugs to come in

The hotel was SUPER clean, staff were all friendly, excellent restaurant (a full, delicious breakfast was included), and the LOCATION was fabulous. In the heart of downtown La Fortuna, it was easy to park, to walk to shops, restaurants (although we spent most of our time at the hotel restaurant) and it was easy to get picked up by the tour buses. The room was comfy and roomy for us and our two young adults. The double bed, two twin beds was a great option for us. We also really enjoyed the sitting area/balcony in the room. We can't say enough terrific things about this hotel. We will definitely be back!!

Pool was under contruction and we had a small issue with the tv working but we got moved to a new room and it was fine. The restaurant has amazing food.
