It was a clean and eco-friendly property at the base of the volcano with beautiful views! The pools were nice if not a little crowded at times. The restaurant was good but evening menu was limited! Breakfast was great. The property only had the one pool bar and one restaurant which was a little disappointing. Would stay again but only for 2/3 days as after that there is little to do on the property. It is a great location for all the activities around the area like zip lining, volcano hikes etc…

I’ve been coming for about almost 30 years to this hotel. Some rooms are great (upper hill located), but some near the entrance are less sound/noise proof. So you can hear everything other guests are speaking next doors. Even the water running! For the rest, the spring water temperature is great, you can choose from cold and hot. Breakfast service is great!

Everything was amazing. Pools had different temperatures varying from very hot to cold. Restaurant had a good selection and wet bar had a good lunch menu. Would definitely want to stay there again.

Beautiful property with the space our family of 5 needed for sleeping. One thing we felt was missing is outlets as well as hooks in the shower or around room to hang up towels or wet swimsuits. Being as this is a hot springs resort, that seems to be a very needed thing in the rooms. Overall great experience however!
