The hotel is great, wonderful rooms and facilities really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

Tivemos um problema antes da chegada e entramos em contato com a hospedagem, que de nada ajudou. Tivemos que pegar a estrada a noite, uma estrada super complicada, mão unica, sem acostamento e uma subida cheia de curvas. A vista do hotel é linda, de frente para o vulcao Arenal. Mas o hotel parece ja ter tido dias melhores. Baratas pelo corredor, ficamos sem agua no hotel inteiro, tv mal funciona (nem pense em assistir nenhum streaming, a tv nao é smart e os canais todos tem chiado). O café da manhã é ok, mas em um sistema muito esquisito em que o atendente serve ós hóspedes num buffet. Enfim, custo beneficio ok, mas nada que valha a recomendação. Eu escolheria outro hotel.

I loved the view of Arenal and it was peaceful. The staff was not very friendly and everything seemed tip oriented and we didn't need help so shouldn't have to tip. I get that someone visiting that speaks English can be intimidating but we are more out of place and scared than anything so when staff is rude it can ruin a trip.

The property is gorgeous, I loved my balcony view. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool was the perfect place to be after a long day of hiking in the rainforest. The only issue I had was with the hot tub on sight they were luke warm on the first day I asked a pool boy if it was possible to increase the temperature and within 45 mins the hot tubs were the perfect temperature. I was very please with how quickly the facility responded to my inquiry. The Buffet breakfast was amazing I looked forward to it every morning there was an array of different choices and a variety of options . The swim up bar was also a treat the bartender was really sweet. I had a few beers and ordered some nachos and was pleasantly surprised with how large the proportion was and it was delicious! Overall I truly enjoyed my stay, friendly staff about 15 min walk to town 10 min walk restaurants, and market. I would stay here again and highly recommend this facility.

Setting was beautiful. Hotel could use some maintenance / updates, but was serviceable. Staff was very friendly. Onsite and nearby dining were good, and was easy and inexpensive to get Uver to downtown for more shopping and dining options.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The restaurant and bar were so easy and convenient without being overpriced. We loved the pools and hot tubs. Everything felt very safe and staff was super attentive. My only recommendation would be to offer self serve coffee.
