I thought the hotel and service was great; however, they had weddings on the roof top all 3 nights we were there and the music was loud and when the music stopped they people were very loud. It would have been nice to know this before I booked the room. All in we were paying over $400 a night and given the noise, I would not go there again at that price

The experience was terribly bad… we had asked for a different room with a beach view but we got a different room.. we are very much disappointed with the service and room.. we did not expect this bad service.. they were not ready to change the room even after requesting for a change in room..

The picture of the room we selected for reservation was not even close to the room we stayed in which is false advertisement. They put us in the run down, pink side which was quite frankly awful. The furniture was beat up and in bad condition. Everything was awful other than the location. Will NEVER stay there again.

The old part of the hotel is in construction and they still rent some rooms in that area (where my room was located). No safe nor fridge. Location amazing thou.

The room I reserved looked way different then the pictures that showed online Dow that type of room. Our room looked historical , there was ants in the kitchenette area. The AC unit in the wall only cooled one room and the other separate room had no air conditioner or ceiling fan. Also the room next to us , Looked like a janitor or cleaning supply room, it kept making louds noises through out the night and slamming the door very loud and kept waking us up. Our stay was horrible due to the condition of the rooms/ other issue was I almost slipped inside the tub before I even grabbed any soap. Slippery tub.

Our start here was not the best.. however the property manager more than exceeded my expectations by changing our rooms to the beautiful renovated portion of the property. The view is beautiful & we would definitely stay again

This place never stated or posted that they didn't have ac in the room...and at the time my fiance was there to enjoy her time with her girls for a small bachelorette thing, customer service worst...for the price we paid you would think they would offer another room or more fans or something instead they sorry and because of how hot it was she had no choice but to leave

Furniture is dated and the carpet appears to be in disarray at some of the suites. Nonetheless, the surrounding area is excellent, and the gentleman at the reception desk was kind and helpful.
