We arrived for late check in. There was a box with a phone. We called and were given a code to retrieve our key from a box. We let ourselves into our room, entered all the way past the living area and kitchen to the bedroom before realizing it was occupied -- with personal items on the bed, thankfully whoever's room it was was away! Back to the phone we were directed to another locked box with a code to find a master key to let ourselves into the room next door. It had a broken blind, low quality - hard and uncomfortable pillows, crappy bed with questionable bedding. A handicap room -- the shower was wheelchair accessible, but the shower curtain didn't reach the floor so water got all over the bathroom -- not safe for anyone. And worse, there was a bunch of hair left behind from someone else in the shower! We were uncomfortable, and felt unsafe all night. In hindsight should have left and found something else. Overall an outdated and "cheap" dirty motel. An overall horrible experience!
