Great stay, weird room placement

Staff checked us in early and was very accommodating with our request. Only downside is the awkward placement of the room. Our balcony/bed faced directly with the room across from us, so had to keep the shades for a majority of the stay. Would’ve requested to move but was too excited to start exploring SD

This is a lovely property tucked away in the city center. It is located in walking distance to a big Westfield Mall with loads of high end shops and eating. It is also in walking distance of the overhead tram line that runs through San Diego. Really good convenient location. Keep in mind you have to pay for parking!!

I liked how clean it was and the room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice view. Also loved how it nearby the mall and lots of food places, and the freeway. The beach was also not too far so it was a perfect location to stay at. I definitely would stay again if ever visiting San Diego! The parking I wish was included in the price or at least discounted but overall had a great stay.

The parking fee is very high and not much free parking around the area. The doors to the pool wouldn’t function. I notified the front desk who said they would send someone, however I waited 20 min and no one came.
