Definitely needs a microwave in the rooms. There is one in little shop down in lobby but no one wants to walk all the way down to warm up snacks. Other then that my family and I loved the hotel. It was wonderful.

Our stay was fine. The hotel served its purpose but is definitely not one of the nicer Marriotts we’ve been to. Employees were nice. The front counter staff got us checked in early, which we definitely appreciated, but forgot to give us our meal vouchers when we checked in. The breakfast food served its purpose of getting food in us before we hit the road but was comparable to a low budget hotel/motel. The service in the restaurant was good and our server was friendly. Overall, the hotel served its purpose of giving us a place to stay overnight But there was really nothing special about the hotel. Again, it’s an older hotel.

Its a short drive to beaches and a 5 minute walk to the Westfield shopping center. Beds are comfortable, pool area not crowded.

I wouldn't stay again. The staff were nice and the room was clean; however, the building is very old, poorly laid out, and not appointed well at all. I had to go to the front desk at 1am because the pillows in my room were for shams, huge polyfilled things that rammed your head forward and ll the same, not sleeping pillows at all. The finish was worn off the bottom of the tub, the closet was not functional, there were no towelbars or hooks in the bathroom. Just weird and needs a complete redo.
