Good hotel
The staff was very friendly. Check in was fast. My only two complaints would be the handles in the shower were at the same level, one on each side of you, right where you stand under the water making not a lot of room to move and as a shorter person every time, I would bring my arms down I would almost hit the bars with my elbows. And the second is the pillows look comfortable but once you lay your head on them, they go flat to the bed, so not comfortable.

The biggest USP of this property is the access controlled entrance into the adjoining shopping complex - it has a Snooze, Philz, CVS, Whole Foods and a bunch of other useful stores within walking distance.

The room was very old and needs upgrade. Carpets are dirty and furniture old. We were given room on the far end of the property even though there were rooms in the front part of the hotel.

Check in was an hour and a half after 3pm, we were given a room we didn’t reserve and when I asked for a roll out bed since we wanted two queen beds we were charged for that as well. Wouldn’t recommend it stay here again.
