The desk attendant was very courteous, friendly, and efficient. I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness (lobby and stair carpet, room doors were old and dirty, closet hangers were old and needed replacement, poor housekeeping...floors were gritty and filthy, sink hardware were not cleaned after the first night, coffee cups and coffee packets not replaced after first night. No slip resistant bathtub floor, which is a fall risk and therefore, a liability. Extreme hallway noise, especially slamming of doors. Room acoustics poor, allowing conversations from adjoining rooms to be audible. Breakfast muffins were stale,even after microwave. Would suggest offering a 100% citrus juice to menu. I would not recommend this hotel until updated, and housekeeping and cleaning procedures reviewed, and problems resolved.

The location was very convient to everything and it was very quiet. The outside of the bldg have quite a bit of debris just laying around.

Staff were kind. The owners/management scheduled a repair on the premises during sleeping hours. Sounded like a freight train. Back door was broken and was not locked for security. Window coverings were not adequate. Stains on bedding. Paint on fixtures. Ugly in general. Not worth 120.00. Mgmt would not budge on price for noise. Will never stay at this franchise again.

The hot tub jets were extremely weak, and it didn't open until 10 am. Rooms and property seemed a little run down. Breakfast was very limited, and for someone who can't eat dairy, there was hardly anything I could eat.

Property was okay. I didn’t feel dirty after staying there but my feet were a bit brown from walking on the floor after a shower! Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfortable. It has been updated but cheaply! Not our first time staying here and probably won’t be our last!
