Stayed over Easter. Very handy for walking to Gib, and shops, restaurants and bars of la linea. Clean big hotel. Bar/cafe open long hours which is very handy, and very good value.

The hotel was exactly what we wanted, which was a convenient, clean & safe place to stay while we visited the surrounding area. We simply slept & showered there - we didn't use any of the other facilities. I rated it as "Good" for cleanliness - It only lost merit because the room wasn't services on 2 occasions during our stay (on one of these occasions, I asked for it to be services late afternoon & when we returned after dinner it had been done). We had dinner either in La Linea or Gibraltar in the evenings & the standards of the food & the service were mostly very high. La Linea is an interesting and friendly place. We hired e-bikes throughout our stay & the hotel staff were very helpful, letting us keep them locked in the luggage room. My lasting memory of the hotel is that the staff at reception were delightful & extremely helpful. It was good value for money & we will stay there again

Needs maintenance.

Stayed many times but gradually the hotel needs a upgrade. Glass partition on balcony cracked badly, toilet roll holer not fixed. Cigarette burn on bedside table.

Was a nice hotel for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was good, hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. 10 min walk to shopping and 10 mins to the border.

Great value for money near the Spa/Gib border

Fantastic value for money, with plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops within easy walking distance. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the Spain/Gibraltar border and a 5 mins walk from the local bus station.

we have used this hotel twice . The rooms are ok and the staff friendly. Nice big bed - rooms a little tired.
