Awesome hotel!

Great staff. Great location, the beach club associated with the hotel was the same. Clean, large rooms, comfy well Air conditioned hotel.

The room had no windows and no way to ventilate the room. Breakfast was very good.

disappointed in this hotel which I booked based on its high reviews. We'd been traveling through Italy for a week by the time we got to Genoa. First of all, after getting the ticket to enter the parking lot there was one of those bracelet friendship scammer who wouldn't leave us alone until I gave him money even though I knew what he was up to. The hotel should do something about them being in their lot. The inside of the hotel was disappointing. It smelled really bad upon getting off the elevator, the carpet was stained and run down. The room was similar, tub was not draining and we had to shower in a puddle. One of the outlets didn't work. Overall not as all as it looked on the photos. This was just a stop to sleep and it was disappointing. Staff was friendly at least.

Overall the staying was ok. The big issue I found was on the Food and Beverage department. Went to the lobby/bar and waited for 10-15 minutes and nobody showed up. I found out later by asking that the bar was on the terrace. Went to the bar at the 7th level. Waited for another 15’ and nobody showed up either. I ended up leaving again to get a drink somewhere else outside. I came back at 22:10 to the restaurant to grab something to eat, the waiter almost refused to let me sit, I then remarked the restaurant (kitchen) was open till 22:30. I was being served with a terrible attitude from the waiter. I used the spa, one steam room is not working, wasn’t greeted at the entrance either and I had to figure out things for myself. For a 5 star hotel there is no excuses to provide for such a terrible service. I expect much more, and this are just the basics things to expect.

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.
