Is the second time staying, chose all inclusive and it was fantastic the pool area is amazing food beverages everything was great

Staff was Not attentive-especially at Kelly’s bar. Everything was closed by 10pm-

While the rooms were very nice and the staff members were polite, our overall experience was so terrible that I am never coming back and cannot recommend this resort to anyone. Easily the worst part of our stay was the pools, which were extremely dirty, filled with hair, vomit, and floating food and drink residue while people swam fully clothed, forcing us to barely even use them. On top of that, there was zero room amenity like a mini-bar, the lobby was perpetually packed with no air conditioning, and the entertainment was nonexistent. To make matters worse, dining was a total hassle, with consistent 30-minute to 1-hour wait times every single time we wanted to eat at the buffet or restaurants. Save your money and book somewhere else!
