The noise I endured at this hotel was unreal. The people in the next room were having an all night party. On a weekday. By 2.30am I could not sleep or take any more. I got the Asian guy on the front desk to move me to another room. On a different floor on the other side of the building. He was very apologetic and really helped me out. I have nothing but praise for him. He checked with me the next day about the new room and apologized again. The new room was much better but be aware, the freeway noise at this hotel is really loud. The place is rundown. There is animal pee and poop stains all over the hallway carpets. Not a clean hotel. I will never stay here again.

If you need a bed and like access to the plethora of foodie options and the theme parks this is OK. Honestly though, this place needs serious renovations. I only stayed here to try it. I normally stay at the Sheraton. It’s day and night, but this could be day, too, if they just put some love into and erase the past. The end.

Tommy was fantastic! Very accommodating! We left another hotel due to it being a complete disaster. We arrived from Canada at midnight and Tommy was so patient kind and caring. He was able to help us find a great room. The hotel was central to everything and was a very lucky find. We will stay again.

Great location, could use some TLC!

The location of the hotel was great, close to Knott's and Disney, easy to find, clean, safe-ish area. 24-hr locked entrance doors which made it feel a little less safe, like they've had problems. Room needs some serious TLC. Bathroom "door" was actually closet doors that you grab the knobs and pull out on. No lock. No privacy. Luckily it was my husband and I and not a co-worker situation. Awkward to say the least. Broken/unused thermostat on the wall, you actually use the old-school floor kind of unit now and they really should get rid of the broken/unused wall mounted thermostat. Decor needs to be updated. Wouldn't sit on the couch if you paid me.

The hotel room was decent, though I think our room was on the dog friendly floor. The carpets in the hallway were dirty and stained and had a very obvious pee odor. Every other guest we walked by on our floor had a dog. I had my children with me, one being 10 months old, and it was very frustrating being woken up multiple times in the middle of the night and early morning to barking dogs. We got barked and growled at by some dogs as well on our way to and from the elevator. I know the behavior of the guests dogs is not the hotels fault but I don’t understand why they would put us on that floor. We will not be staying at this hotel for future trips for this exact reason.

Quinta day!

We had our dog with us. The room was excellent and clean, the bed was comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. However, upon exiting the elevator, I wished the floor had presented a warmer welcome and a more pleasant walk to our room. I understand that dogs frequent this area; I suggest replacing the unattractive carpets with dog-friendly floor tiles.

I have stayed here twice for business and will stay here again. The hotel is clean, safe, and affordable. Breakfast was good. Parking is included. The mattress had a slight dip in it this time but it was very comfortable the last time.
