I only spent a night between flights there. The personnel were very kind, and everything was clean and the room was spacious. But the matresses definitely need an upgrade, and was a bit of noise from the street.

Café da manhã bom. Quarto amplo, mas antigo. Wi-fi lento, preferi usar a internet móvel da Entel. Hotel bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes e alguns locais turísticos. Fica um pouco afastado do aeroporto, mas próximo à rodoviária. Único porém é que qualquer pagamento efetuado na recepção, via crédito, o hotel indica em dólares um valor aleatório e quase sempre bem acima do que seria em BOB. Se precisar antecipar o check in são 120 BOB (cerca de 60 reais) ou 15 dólares (cerca de 80 reais). No check-out, eles se "prendem" até algum funcionário conferir o frigobar e ver se você não mentiu no consumo (achei bastante bizarro). Consumi dias águas que seriam 30 BOB (15 reais), mas precisei pagar no crédito e me cobraram 7 dólares (38 reais).

Localização privilegiada, mas peca gravemente na infraestrutura e serviço ​Embora a localização seja excelente, o hotel não atinge o padrão internacional de 3 estrelas. Nossa experiência começou mal: fomos realocados para um apart-hotel barulhento na primeira noite, o que atrasou nossa programação e exigiu um novo check-in no dia seguinte sem acesso imediato ao quarto. ​Pontos negativos: ​Quarto e Banheiro: Camas confortáveis e quartos amplos, porém com itens quebrados. A cortina da banheira é curta (molha todo o piso), faltou reposição de papel higiênico e o cofre estava solto e com defeito. ​Café da Manhã: Opções escassas e falta de flexibilidade. Como saíamos às 6h30 para passeios, não nos ofereceram nenhuma alternativa de desjejum e negaram o empréstimo de utensílios (copos e talheres) para prepararmos o nosso próprio café. ​Limpeza: Higiene do banheiro bastante duvidosa. ​Apesar da atenção dos recepcionistas, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendo para quem busca o padrão esperado de sua categoria.

O quarto é bem amplo, tem uma antessala com um sofá e uma mesa e o frigobar. Muito espaçoso e tem vários armários também. Pelo espaço, ficamos bem surpreendidos. O espaço é bem amplo com estilo mais antigo. Banheiro bem grande, chuveiro excelente. Café da manha foi bem gostoso, tem bastante opção e o espaço que é servido é bem agradável. Único problema: não tem agua disponível para beber. Tivemos alguns problemas durante os dias: TV não estava funcionando bem, era pequena e imagem bem ruim, destorcida e tremula. Quase impossível de assistir. Pedi para verificarem, mas continuou igual. Para quem fica varios dias com tempo livre, é bem ruim. Figobar estava estragado quando chegamos e por ser a noite, não tinha quem resolvesse e estavamos com algumas bebidas e coisas para colocar dentro. Tivemos que deixar na geladeira do hotel ate resolverem o problema no outro dia. Não sabemos se é costume local ou do próprio hotel, mas não deixam papel higiênico extra no banheiro, tendo que toda vez q acabasse procurar a recepção ou uma camareira para pegar um novo. Bem desagradável. A cama era grande, bem espaçosa, mas tinha um problema: ela tem rodinhas que não possuem travas, qualquer movimento na cama, ela se movimentava pelo quarto, chegando a se afastar bastante da cabeceira e da parede e cair os travesseiros no chão quase todas as noites. O hotel ficar proximo de alguma casa de show ou bar (não conseguimos entender) e sabado a noite, o som estava super alto noite toda.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias 5 tähteä heille. Huone 306 wc istuin oli säädetty niin pienelle vedelle että huuhtelu piti tehdä yleensä 5 kertaa että kaikki sai vedettyä alas. Wc istuimen vesitankki oli säädetty täyttymään vain alle puoleen. Pidä huoli että vesitankki on täynä lisäämällä vettä tankkiin tai pakota tankin uppopalloa auki pitäen päästämällä vettä tankkiin. Huoneessa hatarat ikkunat, lämpö karkaa ulos helposti ja pommien pauke, naapurin heavymeta musiikki yhdessä toisen naapurin disco musiikki tulee helposi sisään. Jos haluat rauhaa, älä tule tähän hotelliin.

No se respetó mi reserva a pesar de estar pagada y confirmada, me mandaron a otro hotel, lejos de donde yo debía estar, ni siquiera me ayudaron con mis maletas y menos me proporcionaron ayuda para llegar a dicho hotel y la cereza del pastel, al salir me querían cobrar nuevamente .

Realmente disfrute mi estadía en el Hotel, el personal fue muy amable y atento desde que llegué. Las instalaciones son hermosas y mi habitación muy acogedora. Volvería a hospedarme nuevamente, fue la mejor estadía que tuve en Bolivia :)
