The staff were very helpfulland very accommodating, let us check in 6 hours early. Room was nice and clean. Hotwater was great for La Paz. The place us just dated and thats my only criticism.

O quarto é bem amplo, tem uma antessala com um sofá e uma mesa e o frigobar. Muito espaçoso e tem vários armários também. Pelo espaço, ficamos bem surpreendidos. O espaço é bem amplo com estilo mais antigo. Banheiro bem grande, chuveiro excelente. Café da manha foi bem gostoso, tem bastante opção e o espaço que é servido é bem agradável. Único problema: não tem agua disponível para beber. Tivemos alguns problemas durante os dias: TV não estava funcionando bem, era pequena e imagem bem ruim, destorcida e tremula. Quase impossível de assistir. Pedi para verificarem, mas continuou igual. Para quem fica varios dias com tempo livre, é bem ruim. Figobar estava estragado quando chegamos e por ser a noite, não tinha quem resolvesse e estavamos com algumas bebidas e coisas para colocar dentro. Tivemos que deixar na geladeira do hotel ate resolverem o problema no outro dia. Não sabemos se é costume local ou do próprio hotel, mas não deixam papel higiênico extra no banheiro, tendo que toda vez q acabasse procurar a recepção ou uma camareira para pegar um novo. Bem desagradável. A cama era grande, bem espaçosa, mas tinha um problema: ela tem rodinhas que não possuem travas, qualquer movimento na cama, ela se movimentava pelo quarto, chegando a se afastar bastante da cabeceira e da parede e cair os travesseiros no chão quase todas as noites. O hotel ficar proximo de alguma casa de show ou bar (não conseguimos entender) e sabado a noite, o som estava super alto noite toda.

I only spent a night between flights there. The personnel were very kind, and everything was clean and the room was spacious. But the matresses definitely need an upgrade, and was a bit of noise from the street.

Cama horrível, aquecedor n funciona, tv pessima com os canais falhando, fizeram uma festa no hotel até as 3:00 da manhã nessa noite ninguém conseguiu Durmir, café da manhã ok, internet ok, localizacao boa!
