I had booked for a rustic cabin with King size bed and in suite bath. What I got was a a small shack with shared bath and no hot water. After complaining to the management and showing them my itinerary on your website they moved me to another cabin which had all the features mentioned in your confirmed email. I am quite upset at having to spend one night in substandard accommodation when I had paid for 2 nights. To be fair I need to be compensated for the first night with refund for the first night. They switched my only after I had shown them a description of the accommodation on your website. Very disappointed!!

Staff at front desk cordial, felt like guests were an inconvenience, no property advice given. Very expensive for value provided, no dining options had the feel of a high school dormitory. Spent many nights in hotels and inns on road trip, this was the most unpleasant stay.

Great place to spend a night or more. We would have stayed longer if we could to do some hikes in the area if we had time. Hotel front desk was very nice and the cabin worked out well for us. Great location at the beach.

For how expensive it was these small deluxe or basic cabins are, they all need showers. It said it was updated in 2020. We stayed in two different units. The one with a shower desperately needed a new bathroom door.

We stayed two nights - two different nights. Make your reservation early so you don’t pay the really expensive fee. The small cabins are not ocean viewing. You can walk to the ocean from your room. I wish the bedding had the new system which is more sanitary- no comforter. Flat sheets wrapped around blanket wrapped. Overall, this place is clean and loved the access to the ocean. Convenience store was next to laundry room.

Poor Service & Unacceptable Conditions I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. My check-in experience alone was highly frustrating—I arrived around 8 PM to find the office closed with no staff in sight. After knocking multiple times and waiting for over 10 minutes, an employee finally came out, forcing me to complete the check-in process outside in the cold rain. To make matters worse, the cabin itself was completely inadequate. There was **no heating, no hot water, no functioning shower, and no Wi-Fi**—basic amenities one would reasonably expect. The room was dimly lit with only one working light, making the space feel unwelcoming. Paying **$340** for such poor conditions is unacceptable. I checked out the next day, deeply disappointed, and will certainly not be returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service and facilities for future guests.

The location was great, very picturesque. I acknowledge old buildings are full of character but the upkeep and maianitence was severely lacking given the price tag ($500 a night on a weekday for a double room). The water pressure of the shower was little more than a dribble, the bathroom fan was clogged with dust and the carpet was filthy. The fact you only got 90 minutes of free wifi and would then be charged after that is laughable and comes off as obnoxious and greedy, again given the price tag. They had the opportunity to make this a luxurious lodge stay but fell far short. I would stay in Rialto Beach or town East and make Lake Quinault just a day time stop.

We enjoyed the premium studio room with well equipped kitchen: stove, larger microwave, refrigerator, dishes (but no utensils -we had our own) coffee machine, table for two, etc. The bed was quite comfortable, the full bath very adequate. The view from the sofa and the deck was absolute stunning - just a few yards from access to the beach and the ocean. We absolutely recommend Quileute Ocean Resort to anyone who who wants to be close to nature, likes to hike and relax. Internet connection was difficult and no TV. It made for a quieter, more relaxing vacation! We truly enjoyed it.
