Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

AC does not work in room we stayed in. They said since Expedia gave us 105 room credit they could not do much more about AC not working in the room. They said they fixed the issue but turned out they did not have the part they needed to fix the AC unit. Upon complaining again front desk informed us of missing part, then they said they would take care of us at checkout but they said, Expedia gave you $105 credit and we are willing to give you $100 for not having the AC fixed during your whole stay.
