A short walk into the centre. Lots of restaurants nearby and a little local supermarket. Parking on site was a bonus. Simple and basic but if all you’re doing is sleeping then you don’t need extra. Would stay again. Good value.

It's basic in terms of amenities but has everything you'll need to explore La Rochelle. The reception staff were all welcoming and helpful, the aircon is very good, the bed was super comfy. And the breakfast was very pleasant - very on par with Ibis or Travelodge. The bathroom is small and basic but spotlessly clean. We absolutely would stay again! **If you want to use the hotel car park you MUST message ahead** but with that said if you don't mind cruising around for a bit, there's free street parking....it just might take a while to find a spot but you will eventually. The only note is that you will need to get across the water to get into town, but it was easy enough. In fact we ended up watching the Bastille fireworks from the south side of the harbour where the hotel is - great view!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and smooth. The location is an easy 5-10 minute walk from anything you might want to see or do. The room was clean and well air-conditioned. And the breakfast was nice as well.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain est également très appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal, très proche de toutes les commodités et des points d'intérêt, tout en restant dans un environnement calme. Petit bémol pour les voyageuses : il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux et aucune prise électrique dans la salle de bain, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant pour se préparer. Malgré cela, le séjour a été très satisfaisant et je recommande volontiers ce logement.

bon séjour à l'hôtel B&B La Rochelle Les Minimes. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse et le sens du service du personnel, qui a spontanément proposé de mettre nos bouteilles d'eau au frais, une attention très appréciable. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Literie aussi confortable qu’une planche de bois, avec à la clé une nuit blanche et une lombalgie. N’y venez pas pour dormir. Tout ça dans un cadre suranné des années 70. Si vous aimez les viennoiseries au petit déjeuner, vous aurez des croissants et pains au chocolat industriels de Leclerc.
