Liked location. Roof top view of city rather nice. Room at top of building with narrow winding stairs. No elevator. Very difficult if you have mobility issues. Bathroom/shower not clean. No tea or coffee in room.

Bathroom had mould; wardrobe was full of dust like 1 inch, the building looks like it is about to crumble. Creaky floors. Welcome to the spooky mansion. Also if you want sleep do not pick this as its the loudest spot in the city. Ah, spiders as well around the room

Very poor value. Expected much more for that price. Despite the blistering heat, there was no air conditioning in the room. The tiny shared shower was on the other side of the hotel! The location of the hotel was superb though.

They need to change their check in procedures. Door locked unable to contact staff. Phone number I could see through the window in foyer did not work on my foreign mobile.. .. I waited two hours for someone to let me in..... Would not stay again

No parking facilities as was advertised, drove around for an hour looking for parking on the road and eventually got it over a mile away from hotel. No ensuite which i didn't realise when booking, very badly displayed. Would never have booked this. Dirty shared toilet. Didnt stay here, even though we had paid fir the night, I had to leave. Was very disappointed and would not book this again.

Great place to stay for a night or two
The receptionist is the nicest bloke in the world. Helpful and speaks great English. Basic rooms, but in the best possible area, near the harbour.

Great location . Clean great for one night stays does get noisy at night but you are in the heart of the city . Walking distance to the harbour is less than 5 mins

Don`t stay here.
I cannot believe that this place is in your portfolio.Do your people check the hotels? It was like something out of a bad murder book. Third floor-no lift-up six narrow flights of stairs-into room 21. I call it a room,it was really a closet with a showroom attached. 1 small double. 1 two foot (yes) bed, 2 pillows-fan (thank God)-small table-plastic chair.The carpet was so filthy that words fail me. The only way to describe the towels is to say that they were once usable-perhaps in 1920. To have the nerve to charge 104Euros a night is a complete mystery to me. Hotels.com. please delete this awful place from your otherwise excellent list. Donald Hale.

Our visit was extremely pleasant. The staff were the stars of the show. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The location was very central to the main activities of the old port. Arriving by car was challenging and parking was a good walk away, but it was only 8 euros for the day. The room was large and airy. Everything worked as advertised. We would definitely return.

hotel was ok get what you pay for . very noisy out side the hotel because the young one meet there till about 5 o'clock in the morning so did not get much sleep in the 2 days we stayed there

Excellent value!
Excellent value for money. Great location, right in the centre, 1 minute from the harbour. The room was super clean and the bed excellent. continental breakfast is basic. Welcome and service is excellent! I will come back.

very convenient to Vieux Port
location is pedestrianised area results in distant street parking only and delivery of baggage is by hand over several minutes walk. It appears vehicle delivery of baggage to door may be possible if arriving late evening. You can definitely uplift baggage at the hotel door on departure prior to 0730 if you can find a non-blocked street entry point.
