Great location and staff
We stayed in the quadruple room for 2 nights. The location and luggage storage were our main reasons for choosing this property. It is directly across the street from the main train terminal to visit the Cinque Terre area. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage there until we left town. The free parking was also nice since we arrived late and needed parking before returning the car the next day. The service and kindness of the staff were excellent. We had a problem with the toilet and it was addressed immediately. The property is dated and the beds were harder than our liking, which is why the 3 star rating on comfort. Seemed clean overall and had no real problem that we noticed. The optional breakfast was nice for starting the day. Overall for a night or 2 stay is was sufficient to sleep and visit the area.

This hotel was situated very close to the train to get us to CinqueTerra and provided the means needed to get a good nights sleep with close walking distance to great dining opportunities. What made this hotel unique and above the top was breakfast in the morning prepared by the most beautiful ladies that cared about us by waited on us with home cooked pastries and breakfast items. Its very rare to see a place that cared so much about their guests. I stayed at a lot of five star hotels and this hote,l being a little dated, made up for it by the great team that showed they cared about our satisfaction. The man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, the desk gal was so cheeerful annd polite annd the ladies who made breakfast were the best with home cooked pastries and a delicious meal. They also provided safe protection for our bags while we went to explore. A huge thank you to the staff!!!!❤️

This hotel is super convenient and affordable if you’re looking for a practical place to spend the night and travel to Cinque Terre the next day. Staff was nice, room was spotless and it was right in front of the train station. All sorts of restaurants and convenience stores around.

Hotel Mary Le Spezia
Mary Hotel is located directly opposite le Spezia Centrale station. The hotel doesn't look great from the outside but has all you need once inside and it's a 5min walk to bars and restaurants with a wide choice of food. The staff are welcoming and freindly, and happy to help. It was a perfect location to stop over or my wife and I as we travelled from Milan to Tuscany

No fuss hotel
If you want a no fuss hotel close to the station then Hotel Mary is for you. Its location is perfect. Close to the station, restaurants and cafe and I even found a laundromat close by towards the city centre, it’s only 3 minutes away. The only thing is it doesn’t have a bar fridge in the room. It has air conditioning though.

The staff are so nice and helpful! We asked about where to walk one evening and were directed to this very lovely walking street. Pretty much everything is just along the same street as the hotel which is directly across from the train station. Our room was very clean and even though on the busy street side, once you close the windows it was quite quiet. Don't miss out on the amazing breakfast!
