Good break in Arcachon
We loved the hotel and the staff, all are helpful, very friendly, professional and knowledgable, particularly Tony and Quentin. We had a great time in Arcachon.We wish you the best for the future.

Good central point to move during the day
Small rooms, not the easiest to circulate inside with luggages. The staff was however nice and cleanliness was good. It filled the purposed we booked this hotel for: a good central point to go to Arcachon, the Pilat Dune, … To note however that it is in front of a large road and that you will most probably need to take the car to go anywhere. Knowing that, asking to pay for the parking when there is anyway a lot of space is a bit cheap.

Enjoyable stay
Very good stay. Room was confortable, so was the bed with the extra pillow. Bathroom was very nice looking and practical. Breakfast was good with various classic options. Appreciated the fresh orange juice machine. Too bad the parking on-site is not included with room price as the car is quite necessary in the area.

Good apart from the car park charge
The room was a bit small and they had done a good job to fit everything into the bathroom. You had to sign an agreement not to smoke or eat in the room which was a bit strange but of no account to me as I wouldn't do either. There was also a charge of €10 a night for parking the car in the car park which I couldn't see mentioned on the booking and which I declined as there was parking nearby. Breakfast was good.

Good friendly service and the hotel is in a good spot if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk as there isn’t a great deal of choice of restaurants otherwise on your doorstep. Arcachon is quite pricey as it’s lovely and this hotel is reasonably priced. Very little room to move in the room or bathroom but it was clean and well maintained

Absolutely everything required for an overnight or two night stay. Very clean. Good wifi. Easy parking. Breakfast buffet copious even for gluten free. Reception very helpful. A little too far from Arcachon to walk there for supper.

Reasonable choice if you have a car
Modern basic hotel -- very clean but rooms are extremely small. Lacks an elevator even though the building is very new. It's on a main road in a commercial area outside of Arcachon -- it's safe but the immediate area is not interesting. The location isn't bad if you have a car like we did, but otherwise it would not be great. They don''t lend out beach towels, even though in it's in a beach area. We ended up buying a "burner" towel at MonoPrix. Breakfast is a relatively good value.

Well positioned on main access road to Arcachon.
Excellent on site parking. Nice walk to pleasure port. Breakfasts lovely with good choice and great value. A lovely stay for 3 nights. Staff friendly and helpful and very professional. Manager is high profile and works alongside staff to ensure high standards.
