Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hicimos una reservación con bastante anticipación de 5 noches. Al llegar no había personal disponible para el check in. No aparecía nuestra reservación aún siendo pagada con anterioridad. Después de mucho esperar asignan una habitación temporera donde habían ciempiés en la ducha. Alrededores oscuros, nunca conseguí ninguna persona para ayudarnos. Jamás volvería. De 5 noches solo dure par de horas y nunca me devolvieron ni un peso. No recomendado.
